L1 SDA System of Trackless Free-Wheeled Vehicles
The L1 safety driving assist (SDA) system of trackless free-wheeled vehicles provides the driver with intelligent, safe driving assistance and real-time state monitoring services, forming an intelligent mine conveying ecosystem composed of “intelligent equipment, intelligent transportation and intelligent management” to enhance the safety of vehicle operation in an all-round way.
Active Safety System FCW + AEB
When the vehicle is running on mine laneway, the vehicle-mounted sensing device identifies any other vehicle, operator and uncharted obstruction ahead, with an automatic warning issued, so that the vehicle slows down automatically to ensure driving safety.
Driver Monitoring System DFM + DAM
The system conducts real-time monitoring over the driver’s behavior including head movement, eyelid movement, eye closure frequency, gazing direction, and yawning frequency. The driver is also under fatigue monitoring and attention monitoring.
Speed Limit Assist System ISLI+ ISLC
When the vehicle is running on a speed-limiting road, the system collects speed limit information automatically and adjusts the highest running speed of the vehicle. When the vehicle speed exceeds the speed limit, the system issues a warning automatically and places active control over the vehicle to ensure that the vehicle runs at a speed below the limit.
Blind Spot Detection (BSD) System MALSO + AVM + RCA
The system provides the driver with real-time panoramic image information within 360 degrees around the vehicle, detects obstructions in the blind area automatically, and issues a warning actively.
