China’s one-time-built all-mine unmanned driving project
It is expected that the operation efficiency will be the same as that of manned vehicles
An exemplary project in the cement industry
Solving the problem of accurate navigation and positioning in a complex environment free of GNSS or with weak GNSS
The CR Cement pure electric unmanned wide-body mining truck project will further promote the green and intelligent level of the Baise Tianyang District Cement Production Park, thereby reducing costs and increasing benefits, saving energy and reducing carbon emissions. WAYTOUS will be responsible for the construction of such systems as online intelligent dispatching, unmanned mining truck driving, collaborative operation management, V2X intelligent roadside coordination, emergency management, and high-precision positioning. With the help of functions such as real-time automatic dispatching, combined dispatching, temporary manual dispatching, automatic statement statistics, map management, real-time dispatching display and monitoring, the intelligent dispatching system will be used for maintenance of mine production, intelligent dispatching and operation management of unmanned driving, etc., and integrate with existing digital mine dispatching systems to greatly optimize mine resource allocation, so as to improve mining efficiency. According to the characteristics of limestone mines, a multi-source data fusion and cooperative positioning system has been developed on the basis of many sensors with different features, such as IMU, wheel speed odometer, and laser radar, solving the problem of accurate navigation and positioning in complex environments free of GNSS or with weak GNSS, such as crushing stations and mountain occlusion.
